Delivery is by DX couriers usually on Fridays, you must be in to accept delivery

Delivery is pre 1pm

Please notify us immediately if there is a problem with the fish or the delivery ( this is very rare)

In the rare event of a fish arriving dead, to qualify for a refund photos of the fish in the bag must be sent to us within 24hrs of receipt
